The Lambda768 allows users to mark up to 8 ANSI/SLAS racks (96-, 48-, or 24-well) simultaneously, even with mixed formats, all in a single run. It is capable of marking up to 500 tubes per hour, significantly improving throughput for sample processing. The system is compatible with tubes from leading tube brands such as Micronic, Azenta, LVL Technologies, and more, ensuring broad compatibility.
The instrument can mark tubes based on 2D codes located on the bottoms of the tubes. It can also rotate the tubes to engrave on multiple sides. A built-in turntable improves tube handling by streamlining the picking and placing process, while the user-friendly touchscreen interface and intuitive software make operation seamless. The internal camera ensures quality control during the marking process.
The Lambda768 offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to engrave logos, images, text, and codes directly on the tubes, making it perfect for various lab applications. The markings withstand the toughest conditions, with resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and extreme temperatures ranging from -196°C to +100°C, ensuring durability in a wide range of environments. There are diverse options for connection to simplify device configuration and handling: its internal PC, external computers, LIMS systems, USB, or via TCP/IP.
