High Throughput Information Marking System Lambda768

Read benefits
The Lambda768 offers multiple benefits

Automatic marking
Automatically mark up to eight racks (ANSI/SLAS format) of sample storage tubes.

Variety of laser engravements
Laser engrave information such as: shapes, logos, texts, codes and batch IDs directly on the tube surface.

Robotic arm integration
The Lambda768 can be integrated within an automated environment by removing the side panel.

Wide compatibility
Compatible with tubes in 96-, 48- and 24-well format racks from different brands (Micronic, Azenta, LVL).

Internal processing unit
The Lambda768 features an integrated computer, allowing for optimal and intuitive control.

Highly resistant markings
Markings are resistant against chemicals, abrasion and temperatures between +100°C and -196°C.

Sustainability as added benefit
Requiring no consumables like ink or labels, the Lambda768 takes a major leap in reducing the environmental impact of sample marking. Using a laser reduces operational costs but also minimizes waste and the environmental impact associated with the production, transportation, and disposal of consumable materials.
Laser coding generates no harmful emissions or chemicals, unlike ink-based methods or those relying on other substances. The process is generally clean, producing no air or water pollution.

Laser Marker Lambda768
Laser marking tubes comes with the added benefit of low maintenance on the machine, because there are fewer moving parts and potentially failing components. This means less downtime, fewer spare parts required and in general a higher productivity. Besides this the laser markings are extremely durable, resistant to wear, fading, chemicals, abrasion and extreme temperatures. A label falling off or becoming illegible is a problem that will not occur with the Lambda768.
